A Learning community

Being committed to learning is, we believe, as important for teachers, parents and support staff as it is for our pupils: we aim to be a learning community.  Colleagues are encouraged to share their own new learning, parents address assemblies and year groups about their professional lives and their ambitions, while visitors talk to the children about their careers and their own educational experiences.

Keeping parents informed of educational approaches and innovations is also part of our culture.
